Online public consultation of the Draft Law “On Registration of Non-Profit Organizations”

The Ministry of Justice as the responsible institution in the inter-institutional working group has drafted the Draft Law “On Registration of Non-Profit Organizations”, which aims to minimize the registration process of non-profit organizations but also to ensure transparency regarding their operation, activity and object.

In the framework of the public consultation of this draft law as well as following the consultations undertaken by the Ministry of Justice through the link of the Electronic Register for Notices and Public Consultations, the Agency for Civil Society Support (ASCS) and members of the National Council for Civil Society invited civil society representatives from all regions of the country to participate in online public consultations, which were organized according to the following calendar:
